The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) were adopted on 27 April 2016 and will become enforceable from 25 May 2018, after a two-year transition period.
The introduction of GDPR will impose greater obligations on organisations whilst giving more rights to individuals in relation to how their personal data is processed.

Renard Resources has performed a comprehensive data audit and data cleanse as well as updating our internal procedures and policies to ensure we are fully compliant with GDPR.

Below you will find links to these reformed policies and these will continue to be updated as we approach the enforcement date of 25th May.

For our clients and candidates we guide you towards our Data Protection Procedure which details how we will now be handling your personal data. We will be operating a procedure of data minimalisation meaning we will not keep hold of any data beyond our legal obligation to do so.

The introduction of GDPR will not affect how Renard Resources operates and our supply of service will remain unchanged and we take this opportunity to introduce our updated procedures and policies.

We invite you to contact  your consultant directly should you have any questions about he information contained within.
