Admin Support – Temporary Role, 5 Star Hotel

We are looking for a proactive & experienced Temporary Admin Support for an amazing 5 Star Hotel Group internationally recognised as an icon in the Luxury Market.
The Administrator will be working for one the 5 Star property based in Central London on a Monday to Friday bases in the head office, which is located near to the Hotel.
The role requires an experienced and charismatic individually who will take responsibility for day to day administrative duties. A strong administrative background is essential, together with excellent IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft package & Opera system (not a must but ideal requirement).
 
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be a methodical person with great attention to details
  • Speak fluently English, beneficial the knowledge of French and Italian but not essential
  • be professional always and have superb communication skills
  • have a goof understanding of hotel industry & room division
  • have a deeply understanding, and genuine interest in the hospitality industry
 
This is a full time temporary role, starting from May with immediate interview available.
