This is a stunning Hotel set in grounds of a estate in East Sussex. The Hotel hosts a fantastic F&B dept which is overseen by a renowned Executive Chef. This includes a fine dining restaurant, a casual lounge area, an afternoon tea offering, and extensive banqueting and room service operations. The Pastry Head Chef will report to the Head Chef and will lead a small team producing everything fresh in house.

Applicants for this role will be in a Pastry Sous Chef / Head Chef role at present, currently working in one of the UK's finest Hotels. You will need to have extensive experience and would have been a pastry chef for at least 6 to 8 year as a minimum. You will be used to working large numbers in a high quality operation with Rosette experience.
