Pastry Head Chef – Boutique 5 Star Hotel
Salary up to £40,000 
A prestigious Boutique Hotel based in South West London is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Pastry Head Chef. The Hotel provides an amazing service, afternoon tea and many other tasty menus.
This is an iconic brand, making the hospitality history from decades. Working alongside a Michelin Star Executive Head chef, the Pastry Head Chef will be a passionate, committed individual, experienced with high end operation and standards.
This is will be an all-day dining business, offering superb breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner experiences.
This is a stand-alone role, reporting directly to the Exec chef independently creating and developing menus. We are keen to consider a Pastry Sous Chef stepping up, with a stable career path.
The Pastry Head Chef will: 
  • be classically trained and experienced with British cuisine
  • be very hands, well organised and creative
  • be passionate and ambitious
  • be flexible with hours and tasks
  • maintain a can-do and problem-solving attitude
  • passionate about high standards and have great eye for detail
Candidates must be flexible with a strong and stable experience in fresh produce operation, preferably in Hotel. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking for a long-term career within Hotels.
