Pastry Sous Chef – New Opening

We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef for a wonderful New Opening in Central London.
This is an exciting project, a completely new dining experience: a modern, international, fresh produce cuisine.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Pastry Sous Chef willing to step up in the nearest future. The operation is in an exclusive area of Central London, attract high end clientele and VIP. We are looking therefore for someone that is used to high standard and understand perfectly fresh produce.
The ideal Pastry Sous will be currently in a managerial role for at least 2 years in a 5star Hotel, 2AA or Michelin Star restaurant.
As a Pastry Sous you will be a well organised person, capable to work alongside a small brigade, run the pastry, including the back of office duties (recruitment, rotas, orders, etc) alongside the Executive Head Chef. We are looking for a creative individual, that will be able to develop menus on a fine dining & casual level. The Pastry Sous will be a versatile person, flexible on tasks and hours. You will be committed and focused on delivery a wonderful pastry experience. Experience in New Opening will be advantageous but not a must.
