We are looking for an experienced Payroll admin for a wonderful 4 Star Boutique Hotel Group based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a very successful company currently owning several Properties across the UK. We are looking for an experienced individual, passionate about Hotel industry and employees’ retention & performance.
 
This role is in fact going to support and work alongside:
  • The Payroll Manager
  • People & Development Manager
 
We are looking for an ambitious individual, ideally experienced with payroll support in a similar establishment using Sage. To be considered for the role, the Payroll admin must be IT literate and very well acquainted with Microsoft Office.
Succeeding the closure of the payroll, the admin assistant will proceed with employee’s engagement activities. Using the company HR system and other relevant online tools (surveys, social media etc), the admin will be collecting relevant data in order to support of workforce retention and development.
