A prestigious Boutique Hotel based in Central London is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Senior Sous Chef. The Hotel provides a AA Rosette service, afternoon tea and many other tasty menus. The Hotel, located in an exclusive area of Central London, attract high end clientele and VIP. We are looking therefore for someone that is used to high standard and understand perfectly 5 Star service.

The ideal Senior Sous Chef will be a well organised person, able to manage a brigade of 10 chefs and capable to run the entire kitchen operation, including the back of office duties (recruitment, rotas, orders..) alongside the Head Chef.

Candidates must be flexible with a minimum of 3 years in Luxury Hotel & Rosette background, happy to work closely with the F&B Manager to maintain smooth running of the kitchen.
